Principle

Microelectronic thermal sensor applied as the gas flow detection element of the smart thermal gas meter. As shown in the figure, the sensor includes a micro-heater and a pair of symmetrical temperature sensors. When there is no gas flow, the two sensors are at the same temperature field, while there is any flow passby, the change of the temperature will be detected by the sensors. The temperature field has a corresponding relationship to the gas flow.
